"Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everybody else." - Margaret Mead

This second part of the Women’s Legacy Series, offered Sunday, is also designed to help you discover, and write about, what makes you uniquely you. Dive a little deeper during Part 2, and learn more about yourself. (Part 1 is on Saturday. Workshops can be taken separately, but participants will benefit most by taking both Part 1 and 2.)

Through additional writing exercises, you will further explore: key people in your life; significant experiences; beginnings and endings; places that have held deep meaning for us; our childhood; our successes and failures and so much more.

Tammy L. Coia will gently guide you, and sensitively "push" you to explore more deeply your inner landscape. She will provide additional, more reflective, writing exercises on Sunday to help you. Grow. Refine your values and beliefs. Define your hopes and dreams. Celebrate self.

Like on Saturday, we will write and respond to thoughtfully designed prompts. By the end of the day (or weekend), you will leave with many insights that help you better understand, and appreciate, yourself even more!
