Lummi Island is rich with opportunities to rejuvenate: Explore the island. Beach comb. Hike. Star gaze. Bike. Take a self-guided artist studio tour.
Individual Escapes are designed to serve one person (or one couple) at a time. Kjerstin, REC Retreats founder and owner, will be onsite for your visit, and will graciously give you peace and solitude if that is what you seek, but activities are available and fully customized to your unique needs for an extra fee.

Lummi Island is conveniently located - the ferry is only 13 minutes west of I-5. (Exit 260, north of Bellingham)
LODGING
LUXURY SPACE
Stay in the well-appointed Mt. Baker Room with a king bed, fireplace, balcony, flat screen tv, and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities at REC Retreats: hot tub, campfire pit, 24/7 access to the DIY studio, and use of the kitchen.

INCLUSIONS AND DAILY FARE
The fee covers two nights deluxe accommodations and includes two hearty continental breakfasts and afternoon (or midnight!) snacks each day. The charming Artisan Wine Gallery operates on “Island Time” and if they are open, guests will be treated to a wine tasting on Friday or Saturday afternoon. Dinner is on your own at the historic Beach Store Café.

Midweek reservations can be made anytime; weekend reservations can be made no more than 2 months in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds for Individual Escapes, however, with eight or more days notice, you may reschedule within one year with no penalty. Cancellations of seven days or fewer will not be rescheduled, and payment will be forfeited in full.
